IMPORTANT
Please note that the date is held provisionally for 10 days only from the date of your call/email/fax or text message until a Fully Completed Booking Form AND £60.00 Deposit is received. You will then be emailed an eConfirmation/Invoice to confirm that everything is booked.
After 10 days the date will be made available to other clients.
Setting up during the day/hours before the event where the DJ has to either stay on site or come back later will be charged on top of the £75.00 Per Hour Playing Time Fee to cover time travelling/petrol etc . Minimum Charge £150.00 for 2 hours or less
£75.00 P/H (Playing time) i.e 8-12am is £300.00 7-12am £375.00 Total (You don’t pay for setting up and packing down)

CANCELLATIONS
The Deposit is per booking and non refundable + Cannot be moved to secure another date as other clients will have been turned down to honour yours.
Cancellations within 30 days of the Booking Date will require Full Payment (within 3 days of cancellation confirmation) as other clients would have been turned down at date of booking.and it is unlikely that the date could be refilled at short notice.

1 Month Cancellation Notice or more from date will be £60.00 on top of intial low £60.00 Deposit (£120 Total cancellation)
